About Us
Charles Meyer dons an impressive resume of accomplishments in the art world, most recently as a private art dealer and gallery owner in California. Previously, he was the Executive Director of the nationally accredited Bakersfield Museum of Art. Through his work, Meyer has established a strong working relationship with some of the more important artists and galleries on the east and west coasts.
He recently moved back to Houston, where he lived almost 20 years ago, and opened Meyer Metro Gallery in Bellaire. A first for Bellaire, but not for Mr. Meyer who brings with him his years of experience and cultivated relationships with artists from around the country.
